Job opportunities
Due to the great demand for auditing and accounting staff there are a diverse range of career opportunities available in international as well as in medium-sized auditing and tax firms. But there are also interesting career opportunities available in accounting or in the tax and auditing departments of much larger enterprises for those who want to go directly into these areas after completing their studies. The interesting, specialised and diverse challenges you face in auditing and tax consultancy will qualify you for a later assumption of management tasks in industrial, commercial and service enterprises where you are responsible for achieving results. Most graduates, however, successfully sit formal examinations to become tax consultants or auditors, which in turn gives them the opportunity to become partners in a large auditing or tax firm or to start their own auditing or tax advisory business.
