Management, Leadership, Innovation (MLI) is dedicated to the increasing importance of innovation in intercultural and digital contexts cultivating interdisciplinary skills and facilitating innovation-led development in dynamic fields of action.
In addition to the specialist content, the Master's degree program in Management, Leadership, Innovation offers above all interdisciplinarity, internationality and practical orientation in small teams and thus imparts a creative mindset, high flexibility, doer qualities as well as soft skills and foreign language skills. Furthermore, the structure and close connection to the teaching staff provides students with the necessary orientation during the specialization modules as to whether they would like to pursue an academic or an entrepreneurial career path after successfully completing the course.
Future Work Areas for MLI graduates
Graduates can apply their knowledge and skills in all forms of companies - as independent entrepreneurs in their own startup, in regional SMEs, in corporates and in academic institutions.
