Quantitative Parameter Correlation Atlases

The correlation between standard MR parameters such as proton density (PD) and T1 is sensitive to the structure and properties of bound water, which is not visible and detectable in standard magnetic resonance imaging methods. In this project, we employed quantitative maps of T1, T2*, total and myelin water content of the whole brain.
