Codeshare Summer School 2022

Hochschule Koblenz is a project partner in the Codeshare Teaching and Learning Project coordinated by Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. We would like to thank Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences for hosting this exciting international academic opportunity!

The Codeshare Summer School 2022 was an excellent opportunity for students to internationalise their academic career through virtual cooperation. The virtual curriculum of exciting electives covered a three-week programme of online classes offered from August 01 to August 19, 2022.

Over this three-week period, the partner universities offered a wide range of online classes organised in four different streams. While students could opt for one of these streams in order to study three coherent classes with a clear focus, they were also allowed to combine these different strands of the curriculum. However, they were not encouraged to tackle more than one elective per week - as the curriculum also required them to work outside class in order to prepare project assignments etc.

The workload of each course was two to three ECTS credits - and the language of instruction was English. The programme was complemented by various social online events - and students could apply free of charge.
