I Can't Believe It's Over

I can’t believe that Erasmus is already over. These 5 months I spent here were by far one of the best experiences of my life. Being able to travel to Germany and meet people from all over the world made me grow as a person. I am really impressed with this country and I am so happy I could visit the most amazing places during my stay.

I feel that Remagen is a good place to stay since it is peaceful and very safe. Also, people were in general very nice and friendly and that made my integration faster and better.

In this experience I was able to be a part of a very different culture, that is Germans’ and even though things got a little difficult sometimes, I could learn a lot and now I believe I am more prepared for my professional life thanks to the people and the whole experience at RheinAhrCampus. I am so lucky that I had this opportunity, I had so many great moments and so much support from the whole team that guided me and advised me always.

I have to say that my favourite part about this Erasmus was the interaction with different mentalities and behaviours, as I mentioned before. It just made a huge impact in me, meeting people from Finland, Spain, Korea, Brazil, Azerbaijan, and helped me discover how small the world is and that triggered my will to travel and explore more places. I just know that I made friends that I will never forget and hope to visit them later on. The stays at Baracke, the long nights of interesting conversations, our visits throughout Germany and even our one day experience in Amsterdam! I just have so much to remember and to bring back with me to Portugal.

Germany was an adventure, everything was just different and that made me very excited! A little challenge - I call it. But there is no doubt that I will be back one day.
