Intercultural Communication and Human Resource Development
Our Faculty of Business and Social Sciences looks forward to welcoming Khatira Yusifova from Baku Engineering University as a visiting lecturer.
Khatira Yusifova is a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Business Administration at Baku Engineering University in Azerbaijan. Since 2005, she has been teaching the courses "Principles of Business", "Management", "Human Resource Management", "Entrepreneurship", "Corporate Governance", "Organizational Behavior", "Strategy and Innovation" for bachelor and MBA students.
Besides, she is delivering lectures at the Business School of Azerbaijan State University of Economics and "SABAH" groups at the same university. On the basis of the MoU between Qafqaz University and Solbridge, International School of Business, Woosong University, she visited Solbridge as a visiting researcher for one semester.
At our university, she offered the following electives:
- Intercultural Communication in the Global Workplace (M.A. B07b), mid-May to July, Mon 11:45 to 15:45 (Room B004)
- Personnel Development (B.A. B51), mid-May to July, Wed 8:15-11:30 hrs, Room A013
Her visit to our university was embedded into the exchange activities in the framework of the in the context of ERASMUS+ mobility with partner countries (Key Action KA 107).
She was an excellent ambassador of Baku Engineering University and promoted her home university and its academic offers to the academic community of RheinAhrCampus Remagen. Thanks for introducing our partners in the Caucasus region to colleagues and students at our university!
