thought “Oh that wouldn’t be difficult” but now, as I reach the end of the semester, I figured out that no, attending classes taught in German is not something “easy”, but the complete opposite. The classes [...] not being the person who only received information, but a person who enriched different ages, ranging from 10 to 20 years old, with information, but also I had the chance to cook Tortillas (lots of them) [...] every time I said “I live in Remagen”. Personally I have never heard of Remagen before coming here. But after I have been accepted at HS Koblenz RheinAhrcampus, I did some research about Remagen, and figured

this semester abroad in RAC, I not only learned the importance of professionalism by working as a TA but also learned to enjoy life as a traveler. I learned leadership while heading an International project
This semester also brought me many new friends. Friends from other countries are not just new people, but also new connections, and a new understanding of each nation's culture, traditions, and peculiarities [...] conversations, excursions, photos, and time spent together. On the one hand, we are very different, but on the other hand, very similar. This once again proves the importance of intercultural communication [...] and responsible, and on the other hand, it was proud to take part not only directly as a participant but also as an organizer of the seminar. People from different countries with vast experience and diverse
different to work with an international team. Being the only American in the university, I had no choice but to make friends with people who were very different than me. However, I learned tremendous life lessons [...] community, and teamwork. I was able to keep the parts of my culture that I thought were beneficial, but I also challenged myself to practice good habits and attributes from other cultures. In the end, I [...] enough time to be ten minutes early. I was not always able to meet my goal of being ten minutes early, but I succeeded in making it to my classes, meetings, and shifts on time. It feels good to have kicked
RheinAhrCampus in Remagen. Thinking back to before coming to Remagen I had totally different expectations, but I loved the experience I had more than the expectations I had in mind. It’s astonishing how life surprises [...] people from all over the world and learn about their countries and cultures, to see how different but similar we are.
